Looking over the plans, I notice that some of the cut-outs are colored red and some are green. Is the intent to use color mapping to adjust the laser settings when cutting?

Yes, Bill. Most laser cutters will use coloring to differentiate between cuts & control cut ordering. Our DXF files use black as engravings, red & green as cuts (so that interior cuts can happen before the whole piece gets cut out).
