Each forum, as well as individual topics, sends out a list of its activity that you can subscribe to. It's how I check the forums, and it's handy since you can see activity without having to log in. See the link above for how you can access the feeds. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;As for emailing, that's not a default feature of the forum software we're using, however when I get a moment I'll look into it.
